Who this covers

This policy applies to the bizqiz game hosted at play.bizqiz.com and to this site, bizqiz.com. It is operated by bizqiz. If you never sign in with Google, we never receive any Google account data about you.

What we receive from Google Sign-In

When you choose “Sign in with Google,” Google asks for your permission and then sends us a limited set of basic profile information:

• Your email address — used as your unique account identifier.
• Your Google account ID — a stable, anonymous identifier Google assigns to you.
• Your basic profile (name and profile picture) — used to display who is signed in.

We never receive your Google password. Authentication happens entirely on Google’s side, and we never see or store your credentials. We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or any other Google service.

What we use it for

• Creating and identifying your game account.
• Letting you log back in without setting up or remembering another password.
• Saving your game progress, scores, and settings so they follow you across sessions and devices.
• Sending essential account or service messages, if something goes wrong with your account.

That is the complete list. There is no other purpose.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your email address to anyone.
• We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing partners.
• We do not send you promotional or marketing email.
• We do not use it to build an advertising profile or to track you across other websites.
• We do not use your data to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Google API Services Limited Use disclosure

bizqiz’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How it is stored and how long we keep it

Your account information is stored on our game servers and transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We keep it for as long as your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your email address, Google account ID, and profile information from our active systems, and from routine backups as those backups age out.

Service providers

We rely on standard infrastructure providers to host the game and its database. They process data only on our instructions and only to keep the service running. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if legally required to do so.

Your choices and how to delete your data

1. Revoke our access at Google. Visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove bizqiz at any time.
2. Ask us to delete your account. Email info@bizqiz.com from the address you signed up with and we will delete your data.
3. Ask us what we hold. Email the same address and we will tell you exactly what is stored against your account.

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has signed in, email us and we will delete the account.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the “Last updated” date above. Meaningful changes to how we use Google account data will be announced in the game before they take effect.
